Munira Casanova is the bookkeeper and office manager at the Law Offices of Erika E. Anderson. She obtained an A.A.S. Accounting degree from Central New Mexico Community College and a B.L. A. from the University of New Mexico. As the office manager and internal accounting department, Munira oversees all daily operations and financial transactions to ensure efficiency and compliance. She strives to maintain a professional and organized work environment and is dedicated to upholding the firm's reputation for excellence and contributing to its continued success. In her spare time, Munira enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and giving back to the community.

Julie Kitch

Intake specialist

Julie is the intake specialist at the Law Offices of Erika E. Anderson. She obtained a B.A. in Criminology from the University of New Mexico and is a lifelong resident of Albuquerque. After a long career in state government, she now works in our fast-paced firm serving as a first point of contact for potential clients and assisting them in navigating legal processes.

Andrew Ortiz

Trusts and Estates Law Clerk

Andrew Ortiz is a trusts and estates law clerk at the Law Offices of Erika E. Anderson. He was born and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico. After graduating from Regis University with a B.A. in Philosophy, he taught English as a second language to students in several Latin American countries. He is currently a student at UNM School of Law. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, backpacking and studying Latin and Ancient Greek.

Chanelle Sandoval

Chanelle is a litigation paralegal at the Law Offices of Erika E. Anderson. With over 10 years of experience in the legal field, she is a certified paralegal and holds a degree in Criminology from the University of New Mexico. Known for her strong client relationships, Chanelle is passionate about guiding clients through challenging legal matters, ensuring they feel heard and informed throughout the process. Her commitment to justice and the legal profession drives her long-term goal of becoming an attorney. In her free time, she enjoys cheering from the sidelines at baseball, softball, and basketball games, cooking for her family, watching the latest criminal mind movies, and engaging in a lively game of bingo.

Sherri Venegas

Medical Billing Records Specialist

Sherri is the Medical Billing Records Specialist at the Law Offices of Erika E. Anderson. She was born and raised in Southeastern New Mexico. She graduated from New Mexico Junior College then pursued studies at Long Beach City College earning an AA in Medical Records Transcription. She has also earned multiple specialty Certifications from California State University, Dominguez Hills. Sherri has enjoyed working in various industries within the private sector including workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, health insurance plans and hospice. She has also worked in Risk Management for public sector agencies including City Government and School Districts. Sherri enjoys spending her free time antiquing, attending concerts, and traveling with her husband and adult daughters.

Following his experience as a legal clerk and court reporter in the Marine Corps, Bryce remains dedicated to staying immersed in the legal field to provide individuals with passionate and high-quality legal services. In his free time, Bryce enjoys reading, chess, writing, and spending time with friends.

Jasia Moseley

Legal Administrative Assistant

Jasia is the legal administrative assistant at the Law Offices of Erika E. Anderson. She obtained a B.S. in Criminology and Criminal Justice with a minor in Business and a minor in Law, Rights, & Justice, from Northern Arizona University. She is excited to be back in Albuquerque where she was born and raised. She assists attorneys and staff with case management, and document preparation in support of our fast-paced legal environment. In her free time, Jasia enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.

Vincent

The Law Dog

This charming three-year-old Golden Retriever is named Vincent – but he’s also come to affectionately be known as the Law Dog. His journey began amidst the chaos of the COVID-19 pandemic when his owners, enamored with the idea of a Golden, stumbled upon a litter advertised in the paper that included Vincent – and he quickly won them over with his charm and playful personality. As a proud member of the Law Offices of Erika E. Anderson, Vincent takes his role as law dog seriously, providing comfort and companionship to both clients and staff alike at the Nob Hill firm. Whether it’s lending a paw during a difficult deposition, or spreading cheer with his infectious energy, his presence is always appreciated. “He loves hiking, playing with other dogs, and going to parties!” says his owner, Erika.
